14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi’s historic century (101 off 35 balls) helped Rajasthan Royals win by 8 wickets in the RR vs GT match held at Sawai Mansingh Stadium on Monday. This win was not only the third win of the season for RR, but also raised the faint hope of playoffs by taking them to the 8th position in the points table.
GT got a big shock!
This defeat proved to be a nightmare for Gujarat Titans. With this defeat, they slipped from second place to third position. Now Mumbai Indians are at number two. GT lost the chance to get the top spot, while RR’s victory changed the math of the entire tournament.
