This was during Deepak Chahar’s third over when Kishan tried to guide a ball that was going down the leg.

Sunrisers Hyderabad’s star batsman Ishan Kishan was initially not given out by the on-field umpire despite an appeal during the match against Mumbai Indians played at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium on Wednesday, but despite this Ishan Kishan returned to the pavilion.
The umpire showed the finger of out only when Ishan had returned to the pavilion. The video replays shown later also showed no spike on the snick-o-meter.
In the third over of Deepak Chahar, Kishan tried to guide a leg-side delivery. But the ex-MI batsman was missed and the wicketkeeper took a straight catch!
As soon as the umpire signaled wide, Ishan Kishan himself walked towards the pavilion. The Mumbai Indians did not even try to appeal, they felt it was not out. The umpire also did not suspect the edge, later it was found out that the ball had not even touched the bat!
